Booking Cancellation Policy

The Client can cancel the scheduled service by giving no less than 24 hours notice

The Client can re-schedule the service by giving no less than 24 hours prior notice.

In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance from the booked time, 100% of the full job price would be chargeable.

If the Customer needs to change a cleaning day or time the Company will do its best to accommodate them. Any changes to booked services are subject to a prior notice and availability.

Oven Element Policy

The company can take no responsibility for elements’ malfunction after the clean if the client’s oven is over 3 years old.
